Pump Overload Protection
Pump may overload because of dry run (run without water) or mechanical jam in pump due to dirty water. In overload condition pump current will go very high then its specification which causes failure of pump, so our controlling system constantly monitor the current of pump and if it overloads then system will off the pump and give error massage.
Soft speed change for Fan motor
This will gradually (smoothly) increases or decreases the speed of the FAN during each speed changing condition.
'Supply voltage' monitor Protect the Cooler from Loose Connection
To protect cooler from electrical jerks our system will monitor the supply voltage and once it is stable for more than one second then only it will give power to FAN, PUMP & SWING motors.
Cooler Protection with Fast Key Operation
Fast key operation for Air cooler function like on, off or speed changing gives electrical jerks to the FAN, PUMP or SWING MOTOR. To protect that system will execute each command after one second on release of key.
Zero crossing detection
It is necessary to ON and OFF any electrical device(like Fan, Pump, Swing) at Zero Crossing level for its long life In our controller FAN, PUMP, SWING are on/off at zero cross level. This is not possible when the device is controlled by relay or mechanical switches.
In Built Memory Function
The controller has In Built Memory function so it stores last status of Air cooler. When system restart it will recall the last status of the system ON/OFF, FAN SPEED, PUMP AND SWING.
Capacitive supply
Our system uses Capacitive supply which is most suitable for Air cooler controlling system. The capacitive supply is not generating heat but transformer base supply generates good amount of heat which effect the long life of product. Capacitive supply can also work with the voltage fluctuation of 80VAC to 270VAC.
Single Winding FAN motor
The system gives FAN SPEED through phase controlling so you can also use fan motor with single winding.
